Thirtyfive years ago, Canada united in celebration as the "goal heard around the world" was scored at the 1972 Summit Series. Universal Studios Home Entertainment Canada is proud to help Canadians relive that moment with the release of the '72 Complete Box Set and the '72 Complete Gift Set on DVD. The DVD Box Set and Gift Set will be available, Tuesday, October 30th, 2007 and has a suggested retail price of $54.95 and $89.95 respectively.



To help celebrate the release of the '72 Complete Box Set and Gift Set, each contains over 26 hours north face store locator of footage including all eight games and an original documentary feature film on the series.



Members of the original team will meet with fans in Toronto, Montreal, Calgary and Edmonton. Goaltender Tony Esposito, with right winger Ron Ellis, left winger Dennis Hull, and centers Peter Mahovlich and Marcel Dionne will sign copies of the '72 Complete sets on October 30th in Toronto, while right winger Yvon Cournoyer and defenseman Guy Lapointe will meet with Montreal fans on the same day. Guy Lapointe will travel west to Calgary and Edmonton for appearances Friday, November 2nd the north face berkeley and Saturday, November 3rd.
